Breathwork in water (Rebirthing breathwork)

Breathwork in water we can deeply relax. We observe our body and our inner being. We can make our gentle, yet intensive manner hidden feelings conscious. We treat our deepest feelings with mindfulness and self-compassion.

Dedicated sessions on guided & active meditations

Private meditation sessions are available for beginners and regular meditators, featuring guided and traditional practices like Anapana Sati, Vipassana, and Metta. Deepen the connection with the body, resolve queries, and enhance the practice.
