One to One session
Stressful living and unexpressed emotions affect our ability to live joyfully and relate to others. The active form of meditation is where the movement guides you into a deeper connection with your body and the present moment. This meditation is accompanied by a beautiful soundtrack artistically and scientifically created to support the natural flow of energy in the body.

Are you looking for a meditation practice that is right for you? That allows you to easily relax, quiet your mind, and transcend thoughts. Do you want to learn how to let go? Active meditation can help you let go of what no longer serves you, such as anxiety, stress, tension, and blockages. This may give you a sense of inner freedom.

During the session:
Active Meditations are about 1 hr to 2 hr long. We will begin with some conversation, discuss your intentions, and what areas of life you want to cultivate. You will be supported throughout the process.

We will be doing brief counseling to understand what you would like to work on, then we select a form of active meditation.
For your first session, I will begin with a more in-depth introduction to Active meditation, covering the techniques and the effects of active meditation.
