One to one Session

Breathwork Journey

Discover the Healing Power of Your Breath

In a private, safe setting, breathwork sessions are a fantastic method to let go of emotions, unresolved traumas, and tension from our bodies, nerve systems, and subconscious minds.

How is the One to One Session?

To begin the session, we will start with a guided meditation aimed at helping the client feel relaxed and grounded. This meditation will create a peaceful and tranquil environment, allowing the client to connect with their inner self and prepare for the breathwork session.

After the meditation, I will introduce the concept of breathwork to the client. This will include explaining the various breathing techniques involved and how they can benefit the client’s well-being. Additionally, I will provide an overview of the session structure and what to expect during the process.

Next, we will engage in a therapeutical conversation where the client can freely express their struggles, issues with life, and any specific intentions they have for the breathwork session. This conversation will help create a safe and supportive space, allowing the client to explore their emotions and experiences openly.

In this step, I will guide the client through a breathwork process designed to facilitate a deeper exploration of their inner self. Through specific breathing techniques, the client will be encouraged to go deeper within themselves, accessing their emotions, and releasing any tension or blockages they may be holding.

After the breathwork session, I will provide the client with a grounding pranayama exercise. This exercise will assist in bringing their energy back into balance and stabilizing their state of mind. Additionally, the client will be given a breathwork reflection journal to write down any insights, experiences, or emotions that arose during the session.

To conclude the session, there will be an opportunity for the client to share their experiences, ask questions, and discuss any insights or challenges they encountered during the breathwork process. This sharing and Q&A session allows for further integration and understanding of the breathwork practice.

Private breathwork sessions
are the best decision if:

  • You’re determined to overcome your blockages, deal with your emotional repression, and make changes in your life.
  • You sense that the rings prevent you from totally relaxing and letting go because they make you feel overwhelmed.
  • You want to try breathwork for the first time, but you want to do it quietly and privately.

In one-on-one sessions, a profound sense of security is fostered as the facilitator dedicates their undivided attention solely to you. They create a nurturing environment, providing support whenever necessary.
