  • ย We will move into a gentle yoga practice that allows you to soften each part of yourself and arrive back to a state of balance. This practice will be beginner-friendly (no experience needed) and focus on resetting and recharging.

  • ย Experience the soft and gentle technique of TREยฎ (trauma, stress, and tension-releasing exercises) to reactive your natural tremor mechanism. This helps to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body to live in a more peaceful, grounded, and connected state. You will learn grounding tools that you can apply in your daily life whenever you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed.

  • ย Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditative practice of dynamic sleep that takes you into a hypnotic state. A state that connects you to your subconscious and deeper unconscious, which contain your greatest strengths, knowledge, and wisdom. Yoga Nidra provides profound relaxation, recuperation, and healing benefits.

  • Dance therapy is a group session for self-development by utilizing music, and movement exercises that produce feelings to balance the body and mind by deepening self-awareness and acceptance.

  • ย In our transformative breathwork journey we will use the breath as a highly transformational tool. Transform old emotions and self-limiting beliefs into positive energy and personal growth. By simply breathing through whatever surfaces, we can integrate past experiences, discharge stored energy, and connect back to our full potential. By integrating our suppressed parts, we allow deep healing to happen and return to wholeness.

Aravind

Aravind is a meditation and breathwork facilitator with
4+ years of experience teaching students from around the world. Passionate about helping students strengthen their bodies and create meaningful lives for themselves. Aravind’s classes feature meditation, breathwork, and active movement exercises, which create spaces that empower the student and help connect with the body. Students can expect to leave my classes feeling supported, relaxed, and positive.

Aravind has been deepening his spiritual path at Samma Karuna International school by doing different teacher training courses and workshops.

Now Aravind is one of Samma Karuna’s facilitators, he is facilitating OSHO active meditations, Samma Karuna social meditations, and other classes. Aravind is a Certified Breathwork & Tantra Teacher working with various retreat in Thailand

Sweff

Steffi is a Meditation, Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork and Somatic Practices facilitator. She is a globally certified TREยฎ provider and she follows a holistic and trauma-sensitive approach.

In her healing work, Steffi combines a spiritual approach with a practical understanding of trauma recovery. She has participated in several meditation retreats, which have influenced her work. Bringing the awareness within and living from a higher state of consciousness is the foundation of her personal and professional life. At the same time, Steffiโ€™s work focuses on self-regulation, as this can help with emotional overwhelm and is a key resource for a balanced life.

Steffi offers Yoga, Breathwork & TRE group sessions weekly on Koh Phangan, as well as retreats and private sessions. Guiding welcoming environments and safe containers for expansion and transformation.ย
