  • Β We will move into a gentle yoga practice that allows you to soften each part of yourself and return to a state of balance. This practice will be beginner-friendly (no experience needed) and focus on resetting and recharging.

  • Osho Active meditation to quiet the mind and move the focus down to the heart and the belly. We all have gut feelings about situations and often our gut, also known as our intuition, is correct. Active meditations are meant to help tap into those feelings and put less focus on the chatter going on in our brains.

  • Breathwork is an alternative therapy that uses specific breathing techniques to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is based on the idea that how we breathe can affect our overall health and state of mind. There are several different types of breathwork, each with its own unique benefits and techniques.

  • Dance therapy(BioDevelopment) is a group session for self-development by utilizing music, and movement exercises that produce feelings to balance the body and mind by deepening self-awareness and acceptance.

  • Still and Mindfulness meditation are techniques that focus on training the mind to be present and aware in the moment. Still meditation involves sitting in silence and focusing on the breath, while mindfulness meditation involves paying attention to thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment. Both practices are said to promote relaxation and improve overall well-being.

  • Time for Ecstatic dancing, moving, journaling, connecting, resting.

Aravind

Aravind is a meditation and breathwork facilitator with
5+ years of experience teaching students from around the world. Passionate about helping students strengthen their bodies and create meaningful lives for themselves. Aravind’s classes feature meditation, breathwork, and active movement exercises, which create spaces that empower the student and help connect with the body. Students can expect to leave my classes feeling supported, relaxed, and positive.

Aravind has been deepening his spiritual path at Samma Karuna International school by doing different teacher training courses and workshops.

Now Aravind is one of Samma Karuna’s facilitators, he is facilitating OSHO active meditations, Samma Karuna social meditations, and other classes. Aravind is a Certified Breathwork & Tantra Teacher working with various retreat in Thailand
